  1. Fill in the Service Request Form and send it by email to service.ccsa(at)univie.ac.at. Please include the sample ID in the subject line!
  2. Bring your sample to the CCSA. Our regular hand-in times:
    • Monday - Friday 9:30am - 10am
    • Alternatively, contact us for an appointment.
